Lower Back Pain Correction


I have been qualified as a specialist in corrective exercise for lower back pain for the last 10 years. I have a wealth of experience in helping people not only fix their chronic LBP but also prevent further flair ups.


If you suffer from LBP you are not alone. 80% of us will suffer from back pain at some point in our lives. Most of the time the solutions are simple and fast. Why live with the pain when it can be so debilitating and disruptive on your life.


My approach:


  1. Free Assessment:  I will take 30-45min to do a detailed posture, movement and lifestyle assessment on your whole body. This will allow me to see which muscles are tight, which are weak and which areas of your posture need fixing.
  2. Corrective Interventions: weeks 1-4 - Based on my assessment I will design a routine for you to follow with all the stretches, muscle activation exercises and functional exercises you need to be performing.
  3. Strength phase: weeks 5-8 - Once the pain has got better, flexibility has improved and muscles are starting to fire properly we start your strength programme. This will utilise exercises that will promote the flexibility, core strength and function to support your back.
  4. Longterm Planning: weeks 9 onward - Using your new strength and flexibility I will design you a gym routine that will stop your back pain ever coming back and allow you to push yourself like you haven't before.


Cost: This require a weekly session initially and will cost £220 per month after your free consultation.
